When designing the main unit of this mortar production line, we kept large‑batch production requirements for lightweight partition boards as our top priority. At its core is a twin‑shaft forced mixer, one of our trusted workhorses used across many building‑material projects. Two mixing shafts run in counter‑synchronized rotation. Blades fitted on these shafts knead materials with repeated back‑and‑forth movement. Whether users process foamed cement, ceramsite concrete or lightweight composite slurry, this mixer gets the job done quickly and evenly. No pockets of dry or poorly‑mixed material remain in the final batch. It puts out far more material each minute than ordinary single‑shaft mixers, so it easily keeps pace with the rest of the production line.

One practical advantage operators notice right away is the two‑way discharge design. Once material finishes discharging from the left outlet, staff can start feeding slurry into moulds on the right‑hand side immediately. There is no need to wait until the mixing chamber empties completely before running the next batch. Workstations on both sides take turns receiving material. This eliminates idle waiting time at the mixing station and directly raises the hourly output of the whole production line. We have adjusted the downstream pumping unit for high‑pressure operation. During pumping, compression pushes slurry steadily into mould cavities. Lots of older machines rely on gravity‑based discharge, which often leaves voids inside finished boards. Our finished slabs turn out much denser, with fewer pores and well‑distributed aggregates. Both compressive strength and flexural properties consistently hit project requirements. Once these partition boards go onto building walls, they are far less likely to crack or deform. No extra pressure‑boosting steps are needed on the mortar production line, resulting in noticeably higher product pass rates compared with earlier‑generation equipment.
