JP250 High Flow Rate Spraying Machine is a large‑capacity mortar spraying machine built with modern advanced technology, integrating pumping conveying, bonding and spraying functions in one unit.

The main motor transmission system supports multiple technical configurations, including mechanical continuously variable transmission, frequency modulation and multi‑winding transmission. It adopts high‑strength gear sets with excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance, matched with reinforced radial and axial output bearings and high‑precision sealing devices for stable operation.

The screw pump stator (rubber sleeve) is manufactured with composite polymer materials and pure natural rubber. Verified and tested by the Key Laboratory of Polymer Science and Technology at Northwestern Polytechnical University with infrared spectrum analysis (Test Report No. F2013022), the rubber material performance reaches the standard of mainstream foreign equivalent products.

JP250 High Flow Rate Spraying Machine adopts a unique transmission shaft structure. The main shaft is made of high‑strength hexagonal steel with strong bending and torsion resistance, fitted with segmented spiral plates different from conventional continuous spiral belts. Both ends adopt high‑strength stainless steel precision cast cross joints. This design ensures accurate centering transmission and realizes secondary mortar mixing, effectively preventing mortar segregation, precipitation and bleeding, and improving overall mortar thixotropy.

The nozzle and pressure gauge base are integrally precision cast with high‑strength stainless steel. Featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance and smooth inner cavity, it greatly reduces slurry passing resistance and guarantees stable and smooth discharging.

The patented multi‑stage drive sealing structure (Patent No. 2602800) consists of adjustable multi‑stage sealing rings, double composite sealing rings, dynamic water stop rings and drainage grooves. This structure effectively prevents grout leakage and protects transmission gears from damage.

The electric control system adopts exclusive anti‑wear technology for screw pump rotors and stators. Equipped with an anti‑wear limit mechanism, it reduces operational abrasion and greatly extends the service life of wearing parts.
