First, operate the JP70 concrete spraying machine in accordance with the latest industrial standards. Inspect the working system and safety devices of the pumping unit before startup; pumping operation is only allowed after passing inspection. To guarantee construction quality, keep the machine running continuously and avoid midway shutdown.

Second, during operation, keep residual mortar in the hopper at no less than one‑third of the hopper depth. Stop pumping if the mortar level drops too low to prevent air from entering the pumping system and causing air‑lock resistance. Spraying procedures follow conventional manual plastering methods. Formulate a spraying construction plan according to construction positions and processing materials, and carry out mortar spraying in strict accordance with the approved plan.
