Application & Operation Guidelines
Pipeline Installation
All delivery pipelines must be firmly supported during operation. Reduce excessive pipeline elbows as much as possible. Ensure all joints are tightly connected. Do not apply pressure or hang heavy loads on the pipes.

Pre-operation Inspection
Check the rotation direction before starting. Ensure the transmission parts, working devices and hopper filter are complete and in good condition before operation.

Pipeline Lubrication
To guarantee stable operation, lubricate the pipeline with lime water or lime paste before formal mortar pumping. This step effectively prevents blockage and protects internal components.

Continuous Operation Requirements
After the machine runs steadily, mortar can be added for formal pumping. Continuous operation is recommended during working hours. If the machine needs to standby for a short time, open the backwash valve to keep mortar circulating inside the pump body.
