2. Screw Pump Core Components

The rotor‑stator assembly uses a rail‑type quick‑fit structure. Field‑site disassembly and part replacement can be finished easily, which helps cut construction downtime.

3. Mixing and Transmission Mechanism

Built from high‑strength hexagonal steel, the main spindle offers good resistance against bending and torsion. It is fitted with intermittent spiral blades (different from standard continuous augers), alongside precision stainless‑steel universal joints on both ends. While running, it re‑mixes slurry within the hopper. This effectively avoids mortar delamination, sedimentation and bleeding, and improves overall material workability.

4. Long‑life Wear‑resistant Sealing System

The discharge pump base is one‑piece cast from stainless steel, delivering good wear‑proof and anti‑corrosion performance. Its inner wall creates low flow resistance, ensuring smooth material output and lowering clogging chances.

At the drive end, a composite protective structure is adopted, consisting of multi‑stage sealing rings, dual‑group sealing rings and diversion‑drainage grooves. Such design keeps slurry from entering the reducer and safeguards transmission parts from corrosion damage.

5. Wear‑resistant Protection Design

The rotor‑stator assembly applies in‑house wear‑resistant technology and is equipped with wear‑limit mechanisms. These features lower operational losses of equipment and prolong service life of wearing parts.
