JP110 high output mortar machine features high delivery pressure, fast operation speed, large displacement and long pumping distance. It smoothly handles mortar containing large particles without damaging lightweight insulating granules, including expanded polystyrene foam beads and vitrified micro‑beads.

First, pay attention to equipment maintenance. Normally, the cement‑to‑mortar mixing ratio is 7:3. The ratio can be adjusted according to actual user requirements, yet excessive deviation shall be avoided to prevent damage to the pump core. Before powering on the machine each time, turn the oil pump several times to lubricate the transmission parts to avoid operational faults.

Check the rotating direction of the rubber screw every time the equipment starts up. Ensure all buttons follow the same rotating direction; re‑connect the power phase wiring if inconsistency occurs. Avoid running the machine without water or materials during operation, as this will easily wear internal components.

When materials to be sprayed are placed in the hopper, start the air compressor first and then open the damper for operation.
