JP90 screw mortar spraying machine is widely applied in building construction. It is used for interior and exterior wall plastering and mortar spraying, external wall thermal insulation mortar spraying. Applicable materials include mortar roughcast, refractory coating, fire‑proof materials for large‑building spraying and waterproofing coating.

When operating the screw mortar spraying machine, adjustable mixing duration for different plastering mortars can be set according to on‑site construction experience and practical requirements. Driven by the motor, the pump shaft rotates. The screw spins on its own axis meanwhile rolling along the inner wall of the bushing, forming sealed pump chambers. With each full rotation of the screw, materials inside the sealed chamber move forward by one pitch. Continuous spiral rotation pushes materials through sealed chambers and finally discharges them out of the pump body.

Traditional manual operation includes mixing cement, sand and water manually and feeding materials by shovel. This method has obvious drawbacks: slow backfilling speed, uneven mixing, loose compaction, easy void formation, poor heat exchange, low thermal efficiency, energy waste and high operation cost.
