We built this all‑in‑one UHPC mixer pump unit to process hard‑to‑blend, high‑viscosity substances such as ultra‑high‑performance concrete (UHPC). We picked proven, off‑the‑shelf industrial parts for this practical setup and left out extra, non‑essential features. The finished batch shows consistent flow behaviour, and operators can feed it right into the connected pumping section, with no need to move material between separate pieces of gear.

Positioned below the mixer, the JP 90 mortar pump is a well‑proven piece of kit refined through years of real‑world engineering use. Its hard‑seal plunger design stands up to very high discharge pressure. When pumping thick UHPC mixes, the unit pushes material forward reliably. High material resistance will not trigger pump shutdowns or break the material flow. The pump keeps discharge channels clear and stops material backflow, even when moving UHPC vertically dozens of metres or across long horizontal runs.

Everything on this unit links together as one connected assembly. Freshly mixed UHPC drops straight down into the pump feed chamber, cutting out extra material‑transfer steps. This setup prevents material loss caused by UHPC's fast‑setting properties and supports non‑stop production work. Construction crews regularly turn to this system for high‑pressure jobs. Typical uses cover UHPC precast part casting, ultra‑thin road surface paving and reinforcement work on special building structures.
