GXZ series vehicle mounted inspection well and Trenchless Repair Spray Machine utilizes an independently innovated forced mixing device for mortar blending. Equipped with reverse intermittent spiral blades, the horizontal mixing body circulates and mixes mortar at a specific angle in both axial and radial directions. The staggered blades produce vigorous flipping and scattering effects, generating powerful radial and axial flows. This effectively improves the wrapping performance of particle aggregates and delivers thorough mixing results.

GXZ series vehicle mounted inspection well and Trenchless Repair Spray Machine is fitted with an automatic metering water supply mechanism and a built-in rotary spray pressure water supply device. This design prevents mortar from adhering to the inner wall and internal blades of the mixing body.

The bottom pump body features high pumping pressure and long conveying distance. A sliding track structure is installed to support on-site rapid replacement of screw pump rotors and stators, effectively solving the maintenance and replacement issues during field operation. The screw pump is also configured with exclusive anti-wear limit control and adjustment functions. All motors for pumping, spraying and lifting support variable speed control, allowing flexible adjustment of pumping displacement, working pressure and surface spraying thickness according to actual working demands.

The upper unit adopts a sliding track design, which expands the maintenance operating space for lower equipment. The matched boom supports length extension and free adjustment of working angles. The whole machine can be mounted on standard box type trucks permitted for urban traffic. It features small floor space and requires no complex installation procedures.
