A city used the spiral winding method to repair 800mm concrete pipes, achieving a daily progress of 50 meters. The overall cost was reduced by approximately 40% compared to excavation, avoiding traffic disruptions caused by road closures.
(2) Industrial Pipeline Maintenance
Underground corrosive media pipelines in chemical plants were repaired using CIPP (In-Situ Curing). The acid and alkali resistant lining material extended the service life by more than 10 years, with the project budget controlled at 300-500 yuan/linear meter.
(3) Construction in Special Terrain
Pipelines under river channels were traversed using pipe jacking equipment in conjunction with a miniature tunnel boring machine, achieving a 200-meter crossing with surface settlement controlled within 5mm.
