BJZ Forced Concrete Mixer features adjustable working height. It supports both mobile and fixed working modes. Its mixing parts consist of adjustable plow‑type mixing blades, mixing arms and rectangular driving shafts.

The mixing blades are arranged in intermittent spiral lines along the axial direction, with alternate left‑and‑right directions. During operation, plow blades act as stress‑bearing surfaces. They break agglomerated materials apart and cut cohesive materials effectively.

Staggered mixing blades flip, squeeze and throw materials rapidly and intensely. This forms strong axial and radial flow, improves the wrapping effect of particle aggregates and achieves thorough material mixing.

BJZ Forced Concrete Mixer comes with a material guide chute. The chute can move horizontally and adjust its height for material discharging. It realizes long‑distance material feeding and direct discharging at the outlet. The machine adapts to different working environments and has a wider application scope.
