Workers needed several different machines to finish these jobs before. They moved materials around site, and ran multiple devices at once. Material spillage, wrong mixing ratios and heavy manual work often happened. This all‑in‑one machine fixes these common site problems.

 

Two core assemblies come as standard: hopper heating fluidization system and constant‑temperature quantitative water supply system.

 

The heating fluidization system makes steady temperature and air flow inside the hopper. It keeps powder loose and easy to flow. It stops powder from taking in moisture, forming lumps and causing blockages, especially in low‑temperature working environments.

 

 

The constant‑temperature quantitative water supply system supplies set‑volume water with stable temperature. Site water pressure or ambient temperature may change, but this system still runs well. It gives reliable conditions for mortar mixing.

 

We use custom double‑helix mixing structure for this machine. During product development, our team built 3D models and did fluid dynamics simulation tests. We adjusted blade angles, helix pitch and mixing chamber shape many times. No dead zones will appear while mixing.

 

Key load‑bearing parts include mixing shaft and main frame. We strengthened their mechanical structure. These parts take heavy load and frequent vibration in real work. They resist torsion and shock better than ordinary products. They hardly deform or break even running long hours under harsh industrial conditions.

 

We fit a high‑precision liquid‑level sensor. It keeps checking slurry level inside the hopper. It sends collected data back to main control unit. Feeding speed, mixing shaft rotation speed and outlet flow adjust automatically. Operators do not need to keep changing parameters by hand. Full‑automatic closed‑loop control is realized.

 

With this automatic control, mortar stays evenly mixed. Output concentration stays within allowed error range. It avoids bad conditions: too thin slurry at start, too dry slurry later on. The machine can run continuous non‑stop construction. You do not need frequent stops for cleaning or manual material refilling.
