WGHBP‑U355‑80 Tundish gunning machine is an all‑in‑one device for refractory construction. It finishes material unpacking, mixing, pumping as well as spraying in one single automated unit. In the past, customers needed several separate devices to finish these working steps. This machine gets rid of common troubles from old‑site work, like unmatched working procedures, material loss and mistakes caused by manual operation.

Two core systems are fitted as standard on this unit. One is the heated fluidization system. It can adjust heating output according to surrounding temperature. Matching with the bottom perforated plate, it makes powder flow evenly inside the whole hopper. It stops powder from caking and feeding blockage, even when working outdoors under low‑temperature and humid conditions. The other one is constant‑temperature quantitative water supply system. Users can set water parameters for different site conditions in advance. It keeps water temperature and flow rate steady during whole operation. It avoids pressure change inside water pipelines, so the mixing ratio of mortar stays stable starting from the water supply side.

We adopted tailor‑made double‑helix stirring structure for this equipment. At our design stage, we built full‑scale 3D models to restore every assembly detail. We also ran fluid dynamics tests under various working conditions. These tests simulate movement paths of refractory slurry with different viscosity inside the mixing chamber. We fine‑tuned relative rotation of two helical shafts and blade angles, so there will be no mixing dead zones which often appear at bottom and side walls of conventional mixing chambers.

Key load‑bearing parts, including stirring shaft and main frame, bear large torque and frequent vibration for long running hours. We have done targeted mechanical strengthening for these components. High‑yield alloy structural steel is applied, and strengthening measures are added for stress‑concentrated zones. Therefore, structural deformation or shaft breakage will not take place, even under long‑time full‑load continuous operation.

A dependable liquid level sensor is mounted on the machine. It tracks real‑time remaining slurry height inside the hopper. It sends real‑time data back to main control unit. Then the system will adjust front‑side unpacking and feeding speed, stirring shaft running speed and discharge flow of rear pumping system automatically. Full automatic closed‑loop control for the whole working process is realized.

Thanks to this full‑range auto‑adjust function, mortar keeps well‑mixed all through the job. Output mortar concentration remains stable, and poor mixing triggered by falling material level will not happen. Continuous non‑stop construction becomes available, and you do not need to stop the machine halfway for troubleshooting or parameter adjustment.
