XTD Electric rotary spray head breaks away from the traditional structures widely used in the industry, such as bypass‑bend feeding and externally‑mounted tangential motor drive. It features a special one‑piece straight‑through flow channel. Driven by steady pump pressure from the mortar pump, polymer mortar flows straight into the rotary nozzle along the central axis of this rotary sprayer. The rotary nozzle spins at very high speed and creates even centrifugal spraying output. Thanks to this straight‑flow material path, the whole unit keeps its center‑of‑gravity aligned while running. There will be no eccentric shaking during operation.

This design greatly cuts mortar buildup and blockage risks inside bends. Even after long‑hour continuous work, the machine seldom suffers mortar clogging. Its discharge output stays steady with little fluctuation. Operators can set stepless continuous speed values.
