In view of the construction demand for lining repair of municipal underground pipe network inspection wells and drainage pipes, the special rotary blowout preventer we have developed has two product series: pneumatic drive and electric drive. Both pneumatic and electric Trenchless Rotary sprayer are equipped with industry‑leading ultra‑high‑speed rotary drive systems, which can run at 2‑3 times the speed of traditional rotary sprayers. Combined with centrifugal spraying technology, repair mortar can fully and evenly adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline, forming a high‑density and strongly adhesive inner lining layer, which ensures the service life of the repaired pipeline from the source.

In terms of structural design, this series of Trenchless Rotary sprayer adopts the industry's first single straight‑through flow channel design. Various polymer cement mortar and other repair materials can be transported accurately along the central axis of the rotary sprayer. Driven only by the pressure from the pump body, materials are pushed directly to the front rotary nozzle. The whole conveying path has no bends or diameter changes, which greatly improves the smoothness of material flow. This design differs greatly from the common structure of traditional rotary sprayers, which use a bypass bend pipe for material feeding and are driven by a lateral motor for rotation. It fundamentally solves two major industry pain points of traditional products. Firstly, when mortar is transported through the bypass bend pipe, materials tend to accumulate and cause pipe blockage at the bent part. The blockage risk is especially high when conveying mortar containing aggregates. Secondly, the lateral motor transmission structure causes the overall center of gravity of the rotary sprayer to shift. Eccentric vibration appears during high‑speed rotation. This not only affects spraying uniformity, but also speeds up component wear in long‑term operation.

During operation, the center of gravity of Trenchless Rotary sprayer stays fully aligned with the rotation axis. It keeps good stability even at high rotating speed and has no eccentric shaking problems. In the spraying process, the trajectory of the spray gun is precise and controllable, and the thickness of the inner lining layer remains uniform and consistent. Meanwhile, the straight flow channel has no bends or dead corners. Mortar is transported smoothly without obstruction, so slurry blockage is completely avoided. During working, mortar displacement stays steady and continuous without obvious fluctuations, which guarantees both spraying efficiency and construction continuity.
