UBJ1.8 Squeeze Mortar Pump has self-suction performance. It needs no lubrication, no pump valve and no sealing structure. It will not pollute pumping materials during working. Squeeze Mortar Pump supports automatic system cleaning with few wearing parts, bringing easy daily maintenance.

UBJ1.8 squeeze mortar pump is equipped with a pump tube made of reinforced composite material inside the pump casing. The pump tube is designed with fixed squeezing length. Squeeze rollers are installed on the pump turntable. When the main shaft drives the turntable to rotate, the squeeze rollers continuously press the pump tube. This pushes the internal materials to flow into the delivery pipeline.

After squeezing, the recovery wheel resets the pump tube. This process generates suction force to draw materials from the hopper. Continuous rotation of the rotor allows the pump tube to finish continuous material feeding and discharging. Special lubricating liquid is filled inside the pump casing to reduce heat and wear of the pump tube during operation.
