This unit abandons old‑style structures widely seen on conventional spraying accessories, such as bypass‑bend feeding layout and external tangential motor drive. Instead, it uses a special one‑piece straight‑through structure. Driven by pump pressure, polymer mortar flows straight into the rotary nozzle along the sprayer's central axis. The rotary nozzle spins at extremely high speed and delivers steady, even centrifugal spraying output. Thanks to this bend‑free straight‑flow channel, the whole unit keeps its center‑of‑gravity along the central axis while running. No eccentric offset or vibration will occur during operation. There are no sharp direction changes or dead zones inside the mortar flow path. This lowers clogging risk and unexpected shutdowns during long continuous runs. Material output stays consistent without sharp fluctuations. Operators can set stepless speed values. Site crews can adjust spraying speed freely according to manhole depth, pipe diameter and target lining thickness. It gives precise control over single‑pass mortar thickness and greatly raises forming accuracy of the finished lining.

The complete main body is manufactured from 304 stainless steel. All rotating moving parts touching mortar receive dedicated wear‑resistant treatment. These components can deliver long service life even when working with repair mortars containing hard, highly abrasive fillers.
