We supply two key systems as standard for this model: hopper heating fluidized‑bed system and constant‑temperature quantitative water supply system.

For the hopper heating fluidized‑bed system: it provides uniform heat on hopper inner walls. Together with the air channel at hopper bottom, it keeps refractory powder loose. Even for powder that has been stored for a long time and flows poorly, it can prevent material bridging and blockage.

As for the constant‑temperature quantitative water supply system, it comes with flow calibration and water temperature control modules. Water feeding accuracy hits ±1%. It can avoid errors caused by manual water addition at job sites.

We did not use standard off‑the‑shelf mixing parts for this machine. A custom double‑helix stirring structure is adopted.

Our R&D team made many rounds of design work with 3D models. We also ran fluid dynamics simulation for slurry of different flow rates and viscosity inside the mixing chamber, then adjusted blade arrangement and cavity gap accordingly.Slurry will produce both axial and radial convection while stirring. Its mixing efficiency is more than 40 % higher compared with regular single‑helix type.

Metallurgy working sites are dusty and subject to constant vibration. To fit these tough conditions, we strengthened main load‑bearing components such as stirring shaft and main frame with finite‑element analysis. Wear‑resistant bushings and shock‑absorbing buffers are fitted on key positions, to extend overall machine service life.

An industrial liquid‑level sensor is fitted to read real‑time slurry height inside the hopper. It sends real‑time data to the PLC control unit.

Based on this data, the system will adjust feeding speed, stirring speed and pumping output automatically. Operators do not need manual tuning during running, and full‑automatic closed‑loop control is realized.

With such control mode, mortar can maintain good mixing status all the time. Discharge ratio and concentration stay stable from start to finish. Slurry stratification and segregation will not take place.
