WGHBP-U355-80 Refractory mixing spraying machine unit completes the full workflow including material unpacking, mixing, pumping and spraying in one machine. WGHBP-U355-80 Refractory mixing spraying machine is factory fitted with two core assemblies: heated fluidized bed system and constant temperature quantitative water supply system. Inside the machine is a double helix stirring structure, which has been optimized via 3D modeling and fluid dynamics simulation. Reinforced mechanical design is applied to the stirring shaft, main frame and other load bearing parts. A liquid level sensor is installed to track slurry height inside the hopper in real time. It will auto adjust feeding volume, stirring speed and output flow, so as to realize full automatic closed loop control. This keeps mortar well mixed and guarantees stable output concentration, supporting non stop continuous construction work. This machine fits repair and refurbishment work for steel plant tundishes, ladles, tapping troughs and different high temperature furnace linings. It greatly improves the conventional repair construction procedures.
