JPZ series mobile inspection well and drainage pipe lining Combo Grout pump adopts pressure‑sensor‑based remote control system. It is fitted with an anti‑wear limit control unit and telescopic adjustment mechanism for the screw pump. The slide assembly for the screw pump rotor and stator can be fitted and taken apart directly on construction sites. This design solves the trouble of component replacement while the screw pump is running. The unit supports continuous‑mode or two‑speed control over working pressure and output volume, making it suitable for pumping and spraying different kinds of polymer slurry.

Combo Grout pump uses a forced horizontal mixing unit. Its specially developed mixing chamber is fitted with reverse intermittent spiral mixing blades. These blades stir mortar at a set angle along both axial and radial directions. The offset blades turn and disperse materials intensely, creating powerful radial and axial flow. This improves the binding effect on particle aggregates and achieves thorough and even mixing.

A built‑in rotary spray water supply unit prevents mortar from sticking to the inner walls and mixing blades inside the mixing chamber. The machine is fitted with movable casters to facilitate on‑site movement. The product comes in three versions: lightweight type, mechanical variable‑speed drive type and large‑displacement type.

Combo Grout pump is applied for centrifugal spraying repair (CCCP) in trenchless pipeline lining work. It is also widely used in construction projects including building surface coating, finishing work, mortar delivery and pressure grouting.
