The gear box needs regular lubrication. Gear oil shall be used for lubrication, and users need to check the eccentric gear and bearing parts periodically.

1. Keep the machine placed steadily when it runs.

2. Ensure the gear box is always filled with gear oil.

3. Check every hose and the pump regularly to avoid blockages.

4. Make sure the hopper holds enough materials during spraying operation.

5. Before operation, pour 5 L water into the hopper and start the machine to pump water. This process wets the hopper, hoses and pump in advance.

6. After use, drain the remaining cement inside the machine. Pump clean water to clean the hopper, hoses and spraying gun, so as to prevent the equipment from being blocked by solidified materials.
