JPW series Combo Mortar pump is specially developed for the lining repair work of inspection wells and drainage pipes. Its mixing system is equipped with a metering and steady water supply system as well as an automatic quantitative feeding mechanism as standard configurations. JPW series Combo Mortar pump applies a separate design for dry and wet mortar sections, and mainly consists of a modular dual‑axis continuous mixing structure.

The mixing chamber is made of non‑metallic materials, which feature pressure resistance, rust prevention and low‑noise operation. By automatically and accurately matching mortar feeding volume with water consumption, the system keeps slurry consistency steady without obvious fluctuations and achieves high mixing uniformity. It supports manual feeding of bagged ready‑mixed mortar, and can also be directly connected to a mortar storage bin for continuous feeding. Fitted with movable rolling wheels, the whole machine can be easily moved and transferred on construction sites.

JPW series Combo Mortar pump can be widely used in multiple engineering construction applications, including in‑situ centrifugal spraying repair (CCCP) for trenchless pipeline lining, mortar spraying for wall finishing, pressure transportation of mortar and foundation grouting.
