Mortar Pump Rotor

Mortar Pump Rotor as the core functional component matched with the stator of Mortar pump, is the active rotating part that outputs power in the whole conveying system of the equipment. Mortar Pump Rotor also called the "metal screw" by construction workers and distributors in the industry. It cannot work alone. It has to work together with the stator made of elastic rubber to form a complete "screw pair" conveying unit to play its role.

During operation, the rotor connects directly to the power output end of the Mortar pump. It relies on its pre‑processed continuous spiral structure to rotate inside the inner spiral cavity of the stator. Through the matching between the spiral shape and the inner wall of the stator, it produces continuous pressing force on mortar entering the cavity, and pushes the material forward along the spiral cavity. Mortar Pump Rotor is the key part in the whole pumping system that turns motor power into mortar pumping pressure. Its machining precision and quality directly decide the discharge stability and pumping capacity of the whole spraying machine.
