JP60 mortar plaster pump is widely used for house wall construction, supporting all kinds of mortar spraying, material conveying and grouting work.

Before starting the JP60 mortar plaster pump, turn the mortar delivery forward & reverse switch to forward mode. The mortar delivery motor will start running, and water will flow out from the spraying gun. Check whether the water flow and machine vibration are in normal condition. After normal inspection, turn both the mortar delivery forward & reverse switch and vibration motor switch to stop position to shut down the mortar pumping motor and vibrator motor.

The air compressor is also equipped with an independent control switch.Start the air compressor and let it run normally. Confirm pressure gas discharges steadily from the spraying gun, and check the equipment sound, air flow and vibration status. Once confirmed normal, turn off the air compressor switch.

Add lubricant to the hopper or through the slurry outlet seat port. Latex or thickener agent can be used to lubricate the pump system.

After each operation, thoroughly clean the JP60 mortar plaster pump with water, cleaning brushes and sponge balls. Special cleaning must be performed on the feeding hopper, mortar outlet seat, delivery hose and spraying gun. Complete cleaning effectively prolongs machine service life and avoids unexpected pipeline blockage during next use.
