Corrosion and wear resistant, multi-purpose pump, suitable for acidic and alkaline solutions and slurries.
The pump body is made of steel lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), with a lining thickness of 8-20mm. This pump utilizes patented plastic lining technology, offering advantages over other similar pumps, including superior resistance to heat deformation, cracking, and detachment of the lining layer, as well as higher operating temperatures.
Two impeller types are available: open and closed, selectable according to the medium.
Seals: K-type dynamic seal, K1-type dynamic seal, T-type packing seal, T1-type packing seal, and C3-type non-standard seal.
Applicable media: Sulfuric acid below 80% concentration, nitric acid below 50% concentration, hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, and liquid alkali; suitable for both clear liquids and slurries.
Main technical parameters: operating temperature -20℃～90℃ (can be increased to over 100℃ with modified materials), inlet diameter 32mm～350mm, flow rate 5～2600m3/h, head within 80m .
