Maintenance and upkeep of plastering machines

Cleaning and maintaining a plastering machine is crucial. Thorough cleaning and timely maintenance will keep the machine looking brand new every day, and regular maintenance and cleaning will extend its lifespan.

Disconnect the power before cleaning. Cleaning methods include rinsing the inside and outside of the conveyor belt, vibrator, front and back of the template, mortar hopper, hydraulic sleeves, lifting wheels, casters, and surfaces. If there is sand or dust on the uprights, use a woven bag dampened with water to clean them from top to bottom. If there is sand or dust on the nylon wheels, remove the uprights and use the hydraulic system to push out the two sleeves for high-pressure water washing. Do not wash the machine panel with water; only wipe it with a cloth.

Platform maintenance includes oiling the guide columns inside the oil window, the moving parts of the plasterboard tilting rod, the clutch plates of the electromagnetic clutch, the inside of the hydraulic sleeves, the chain, the wire rope, and all fastening threads once a day.
