Routine maintenance of concrete pumps requires checking fasteners such as the S-valve cylinder seat and the screws on the mixing blades; checking lubrication for proper lubrication, such as the front and rear support rings of the S-valve and the bearing seats at both ends of the mixing shaft; and constantly monitoring the hydraulic system for leaks during use. Regular maintenance involves replacing the hydraulic oil when it becomes cloudy or its viscosity decreases. The suction filter and oil filler filter should be cleaned or replaced frequently.
After construction, critical components such as the delivery cylinder piston need to be inspected, and maintenance work including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, adjustment, leak detection, and replenishing hydraulic oil is required.
