JPL-50 Mortar Spraying Plastering Machine keeps all functional performance of traditional spraying equipment. It is newly fitted with a cylinder mixer, which consists of a mixing barrel and inner curved blades. This structure produces strong radial and axial circulating flow, and effectively improves total displacement.

The improved mixing structure enlarges the contact area of mixing parts. It refines the micrometer‑level particle size of slurry materials, so the stirring effect is greatly enhanced. The stirrer and spraying machine body use an internal modular structure. They can be taken apart easily, which makes transportation and maintenance convenient. Common Leakage Problems in Plastering Construction

If waterproof treatment is not done well during plastering, water leakage often happens on window sills, platforms, roof tops and protruding wall waistlines. This problem mainly comes from uneven thickness and inadequate compaction of each mortar layer. It may also be caused by incomplete base surface plastering and poor joint treatment between mortar layers.

1. Build water flow gradients and drip grooves for leak‑prone wall sections. The groove should be placed at least 20 mm away from the outer wall. Its depth is 10 mm, upper width 7 mm and bottom width 10 mm.

2. Exterior wall plastering needs to be finished in separate layers. The thickness of each base mortar layer is kept between 7 mm and 8 mm, and must not go over 10 mm. The surface layer is 7‑10 mm thick. Before applying a new plaster layer, check and repair the former layer to ensure good construction quality.

3. Install partition joints on vertical and horizontal long decorative lines of exterior walls.
