JPZ series Cement Grouting Machine is specially designed for mortar spraying on mobile inspection wells and drainage pipe lining. It supports pressure sensing and remote control operation. Equipped with a screw pump anti-wear limit control system and telescopic adjustment mechanism, JPZ series Cement Grouting Machine allows on-site installation and removal of the screw pump rotor and stator through a sliding groove structure. It effectively simplifies the replacement operation during working process. Users can choose stepless or dual-speed control for working pressure and displacement. JPZ series Cement Grouting Machine is suitable for conveying and spraying various polymer slurries.

JPZ Cement Grouting Machine is fitted with a forced horizontal mixing device. The independently designed mixing unit adopts reverse intermittent spiral mixing blades. Mortar enters at a fixed angle and completes axial and radial circulating mixing. The staggered blade arrangement creates strong flipping and throwing effects. It generates stable radial flow and axial flow, improves the wrapping performance of particle aggregates, and realizes sufficient mortar mixing.

A built-in rotary water supply spraying mechanism prevents mortar from sticking to the inner mixing wall and mixing blades. The machine is installed with moving wheels for flexible ground operation. This series includes lightweight type, mechanical variable speed drive type and large displacement type to meet different construction demands.

It is widely used for trenchless pipe lining and in-situ centrifugal spraying repair (CCCP). It is also applicable for building surface coating, surface finishing, mortar transportation, pressure grouting and various construction projects.
