ZJ400 / 800 High speed mortar mixer is special equipment for rapid slurry preparation during grouting work. It can finish pulping efficiently and has certain pulp conveying ability. ZJ400 / 800 High speed mortar mixer uses high-speed centrifugal pump impeller rotation to produce fast liquid flow and strong vortex in slurry. 1. High pulping efficiency and fast pulping speed

During work, the equipment uses high-speed rotating vortex impellers to form strong vortex circulation inside the mixing chamber. Materials collide, disperse and mix under high-speed turbulence. Under the same ratio condition, the slurry making time can be reduced by more than 50% compared with conventional blade mixers. It only takes 2 to 3 minutes to make uniform and qualified slurry. Under vortex circulation, cement, aggregate, additives and water can achieve full three-dimensional mixing.
