WG5C mortar pump sprayer is a fully automatic pumping and spraying device adopting modern technology. It is designed for construction with gypsum-based mortar and pre-mixed dry mortar.

WG5C mortar pump sprayer is applicable for construction reinforcement, wall leveling, surface painting and material pumping. It can handle conventional interior and exterior wall mortar plastering, gypsum smoothing, thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, lime powder coating, repair plastering, surface ash treatment, tile bonding and mortar filling work.

Pipeline Blockage

When the spray gun or pipeline stops discharging mortar, the pressure gauge pointer rises suddenly or stays static, and local pipeline expansion occurs, the pipeline is blocked.

1. Fault Causes

A. Oversized particles are mixed in the construction materials.

B. Long-time temporary shutdown and water leakage at pipeline rubber sealing rings cause mortar precipitation and separation inside the delivery pipe, which increases transportation friction resistance and leads to blockage.

2. Solutions

A. Remove the spray gun and check for internal blockage and foreign stones. Inspect the vibrating screen mesh, and repair or replace it if damaged.

B. If the spray gun is blocked, press the forward and reverse switch repeatedly to loosen blocked materials, then resume normal operation. If the problem persists, reverse the equipment to send materials back to the hopper and release pipeline pressure. Finally, inspect all pipe joints to eliminate hard blockages.
