Disassembly And Assembly Procedures For Mortar Pumps

Disassembly and assembly sequence of pumps without impeller (pumps with inlet diameter ≤125mm):
1. Loosen the bolts connecting the pump casing 9 and the pump cover 1, and remove the pump cover. Loosen lock nut 2 (left-hand thread) and anti-rotation nut 4 (left-hand thread), and remove impeller 8.
2. Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump casing 9 and the bearing seat 26, and remove the pump casing.
3. Loosen the connecting bolts between the sealing box 13 and the pump housing 9, and remove the sealing box.
4. Unscrew the rear gland 20 on the sealing box and take out the K-shaped sealing ring 15.

The installation sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence. Please note that:
1. After tightening the impeller cap, check the gap between the impeller and the pump body. The gap should be about 2mm.
2. After installing the pump cover, check the gap between the pump cover and the impeller (looking in from the outlet). The gap should be around 2mm. For high-temperature medium pumps, the gap should be around 2.5mm.
3. If the gap between the impeller and the pump body does not meet the requirements, it can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the gasket between the impeller and the shaft sleeve.
4. If the gap between the pump cover and the impeller does not meet the requirements, it can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the gasket between the pump body and the pump cover.

Disassembly and assembly sequence of pumps with secondary impeller (pumps with inlet diameter >125mm):
1. Loosen the bolts connecting the pump casing 9 and the pump cover 1, and remove the pump cover.
2. Loosen the locking nut 2 (left-hand thread) and anti-rotation nut 4 (left-hand thread), and remove the impeller 8.
3. Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump casing 9 and the bearing seat 28, and the connecting bolts between the seal box 14 and the pump casing 9, and remove the pump casing 9.
4. Remove the secondary impeller 11, seal box 14, K-shaped seal ring 15, and shaft sleeve 18 in sequence.

The installation sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence. Please note that:
1. After tightening the impeller cap and the nut behind the water retaining ring, check the gap between the impeller and the pump body. The gap should be about 2.5mm.
2. After installing the pump cover, check the gap between the pump cover and the impeller (looking in from the outlet). The gap should be around 2mm. For high-temperature medium pumps, the gap should be 2.5mm.
5. The operating temperature is: -20℃-85℃.
