What Is A Mortar Grouting Pump?

In 1988, my country achieved a breakthrough by building its first expressway, marking a significant milestone. Since then, my country has made rapid progress. Industrial machinery is indispensable for road construction, mountain excavation, and tunnel digging, as it is much faster than manual labor.

The grouting pump is a crucial component in these projects. So how does it work?

A grouting pump is a device used to transport sand, gravel, slurry, and water. It mainly consists of a pump head, ball valve seat, inlet ball valve cover, and steel balls. The upper end of the pump head connects to the air chamber and pressure gauge on one end and to the grout discharge pipe assembly on the other, transporting the fluid to the work site.

So what is the mortar used on construction sites?

Mortar is a bonding material used in bricklaying. It is made by mixing sand and cementing materials (cement, lime plaster, clay, etc.) with water in a certain proportion. It is also called mortar. Common types of mortar include cement mortar and mixed mortar.
